The TLT is currently addressing the following major items:
Addressing the Key Result Areas that need to be in place prior to engaging in an active Pastoral Search process.
Development of a Vision Document (based on our recent Vision Survey) for presentation to the congregation.
Development of a Key Leadership Team for our ministry partnership with Haiti Arise and Hungry for Life.
The nurture and health of the spiritual vitality of the church as a whole.
